Interior Designer
THE INTERIOR DESIGNER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CARRYING OUT THE PROJECT THROUGH ITS VARIOUS STAGES FROM CO-CREATING THE BRIEF, THROUGH CONCEPTUAL AND EXECUTIVE DESIGN, TO AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION ACCORDING TO THE STANDARDS AND AESTHETICS REPRESENTED BY ACOS. THIS POSITION REQUIRES EXPERIENCE, CREATIVITY, DESIGN SENSITIVITY, AND COORDINATION SKILLS.
TASKS
- | Preparing conceptual design based on individual design solutions that respond to brief assumptions and take into account formal requirements.
- | Independent development of executive documentation.
- | Development of specifications for materials, finishes, and equipment elements.
- | Managing project development taking into account schedule, budget, and coordination of entities involved in the process (contractors, industry specialists, etc.).
- | Participation in site meetings, assessment of work progress and compliance of investment implementation with the design.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- | Higher education in relevant field.
- | Min. 3 years of practical experience working on high-end projects, at all stages through: brief creation, concept, executive documentation, implementation.
- | Good knowledge of finishing and building materials and ability to conduct research in materials science and technological applications.
- | Holistic approach to design based on the ability to translate conceptual assumptions into implementation process.
- | Attention to detail and creativity in solving technical issues.
- | Explorative design approach.
- | Independence and responsibility.
- | Ability to work individually and in a team.
- | Ability to precisely model geometrically complex 3D forms and details.
- | Knowledge of CAD programs (preferred: AutoCad or Rhinoceros), Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- | Good knowledge of English and ability to communicate fluently in this language.
- | Ease in reading industry projects and specifications.
- | Ability to create visualizations (renders) would be an asset but is not required.
- | Your sensitivity and work methodology should enrich our projects.
